I'm about to install 40 servers with x64 OS and PS4. The testing looks good so far. There are some good white papers on x64 TS and Citrix, I would suggest doing your homework. x64 memory scales, but in general, x32 apps use more memory then they did in x32 OS due to overhead of running x32 apps on x64 OS. CPU is another area that scales. Dual CPU use to be enough on x32, but Quad scales very well along with I/O throughput.

I spoke with a MS engineer and was basically told that if the applications run fine with Windows Server 2003 x32 w/SP1, then I should be fine with x64. TEST TEST TEST!!
