Hi,

We have transcription's who use Foot Pedal on their PC's to do their job. They would now like to use this using Citrix. I am not sure how you could do this in CPS 4.5. I have never done anything like this before.

My question is

1. Is it possible to do this?
2. I heard from one of the tech support that automatic mapping of Citrix COM ports to Client COM ports does not work very well.
3. If we can do it, can I have some kind of reference document.

I really appreciate your quick response and with some good ideas so that we could accomplish this.
