I have historically been able to log in to our Citrix server from home but in the last month have encountered a Protocol Driver Error. I have checked with our server staff and I seem to be the only one having this problem so they do not feel it is the server. I use MSN dial-up on my home pc. I also have Norton Internet Security 2006. I contacted Norton last night. They had me turn off the firewall and try connecting again. I received the same error and they determined it was not Norton causing my problem. I am at a loss as to what to try next.
Any ideas?
