You raise a good point ScotPage, however there are still some applications which are just poorly designed and do not function well in a terminal services environment.
I've got a "32 Bit" application running in a "32 Bit" world and it messes with the memory to such an extent that if we don't reboot the server every 2 to 3 days we have loadsa problems. Initially we suspected a poor server build but after loads and loads of investigation found it was this one particular application. The developer of the application is currently rewriting his application using best practice guides from Microsoft on writing Terminal Server aware applications to repair the issues.
