I was getting the same issue for one user only. I disabled her Norton firewall. This didn't fix the problem. I then realized she also had AVG 8.0 firewall installed. I stopped the AVG firewall and this fixed it. She is now running the Norton firewall (and not the AVG firewall), and Citrix WI works.
