I too have been caught by softwaredealsdirect although I have the software (unopened) it is of no use: I have sent numerous emails with an automatic reply "we will answer within 48 hours" .Have been in touch with Microsoft who confirmed my software will not work, have also notified my credit card company to see if they can do anything.

My credit card gave a telephone # 0870 9740832 which again is an answering service.

Today received an address of what looks like private dwelling in Reading.
