I had the same problem.
I deinstalled the latest version of citrix for client, remove the folder
C:\Documents and Settings\%user%\Application Data\ICAClient
remove the folder under program files
sweep witch reg.cleaner

and than install an older version, i installed version 6

It works perfect, untill Citrix doesnot come with a patch or wathever
iam not going to use a newer version.
