Hi,

One of my clients is having difficulties printing on a local printer whenever uservpn is used. When not using a uservpn, there is no problem whatsoever.

My client uses a HP Compaq nc6320, uses a USB HP LaserJet 3055 with a PCL 6 driver, WinXP SP3.

The problem is that when he logs on the uservpn, he can print for 5 minutes without problems. After that, whenever he wants to print the system just hangs. After a while of hanging, the print options pop up (printer selection etc). Then he can print 5 - 10 pages, after that, the system stops again for about 5 minutes when trying to print.

This problem always occurs when opening a Word file. (Taking a long time to find the printer). In Excel, Acrobat Reader it happens occasionaly.

If anyone can help me out, please.
